One-on-one coaching is our most popular service. Inside of a program, you will meet bi-weekly or monthly to discuss health history, symptoms and concerns and we work together using education and tools to make small changes that have a big impact on your health. Accountability is a big part of working with a coach as most clients have the motivation to start a program but feel overwhelmed with the maintenance of it. Jaclyn provides a safe space to share your journey and be able to break through old patterns to unveil the life of wellness you’ve always wanted. Nutrition and lifestyle change play a big role in her programs, however, mindset shifts and self-love are at the core of her coaching with you on your journey to self-discovery. Programs can be matched to your personal needs and goals and include video sessions, check-in calls, private messaging, meal plans and recipes to create success along the way.
Meet our Health Coach
Jaclyn Renee, a Holistic Health Coach and Dr. Sarah Kirsch’s assistant, assists clients in healing their body using food and self-care as medicine. She attended The Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2016 and has worked alongside many functional medicine doctors to educate herself on digestion.
Having gone through many of her own illnesses including IBS and anxiety, Jaclyn entered the world of holistic health when countless doctors and tests were not supplying any answers or definitive healing approaches. She peels back the layers of common health issues that often begin within the gut, which she believes is the root cause of all disease. With personalized programs, meal plans, and lots of accountability she helps her clients uncover the true genesis of their symptoms and challenges. She takes into consideration the health history and goals of each individual and formulates personalized plans to meet the client where they are as to not overwhelm them with a big life change.
