At Elevate Health and Wellness, we’re expanding access to integrative medical support designed to complement your chiropractic and functional wellness care.
Urgent Care Visits (Cash Only): Convenient care for common concerns such as acute pain, muscle spasm, strep throat, ear infections, urinary tract infections (UTIs), sinus infections, and more. Our urgent medical services are provided by our Physician Assistant and are available to all patients from either clinic. These visits are cash-based only and are not billed to insurance. Each visit is $100. These visits are available Monday - Thursday by appointment only.
